Our stay at home ballet classes (often featuring professional ballet dancers!) allow you to take class at your own pace, and in your own time. The exercises are created with home dancing in mind, so no special equipment is needed – simply clear a safe space in your home, and hit the play button.

These home fitness classes are designed with dancers in mind, and include pilates based home work outs, cardio fitness regimes, floor fitness classes, pre-class warm up routines, body conditioning exercises, and more to help you achieve your dream shape, and give your dance technique a well deserved boost!
Tutorials
Downland Dance tutorial videos are crafted to help give you a better understanding of good dance technique, and proper form. You don’t need to do anything whilst you’re watching these videos – just sit back and enjoy!
Catch Up Classes
Downland Dance records a wide selection of our live classes, and our Catch Up Classes give you the ability to go back and retake many of them from over the past 6 weeks, from Grade 2 all the way up until our adult classes. Catch Up Classes give you the ‘in-class’ atmosphere in your own time. They are perfect for catching up with any classes you couldn’t take live, as a tool to help you remember exercises (for RAD students), or just as an opportunity for you to take the classes that you love in your own time!
