Floor Fitness – Abingdon/Online

Floor Fitness is an exercise class designed to improve strength, flexibility and technique in all dancers. It incorporates exercises from yoga, body conditioning, pilates and ballet and is adjusted to suit the needs of all the attendees. Suitable for anyone from intermediate dance student to professional dancer, this class is ideal as a fitness class all on its own, or for those who wish to use it as a warm up for the Company Class that follows.
